Find a Coach, you can change later if needed.
Sign In with Your BYU Net ID
If you can’t sign in with your Net ID, create a guest account and email us at academicsuccess@byu.edu.
Select Meeting Details
Select meeting date and reason for the meeting.
Other Ways You Can Connect in ConexED
Message Your Coach
Email by clicking “Send an offline message”.
Drop-In Appointments
Instant message by clicking ‘Knock on Door’ to ask a quick question or do a walk-in appointment.
If you can’t find an appointment time that works for you, please email academicsuccess@byu.edu to schedule an appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Life happens, but please remember to cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a loss of service. To restore access, follow the instructions in the suspension email.

All times listed are in Mountain Time. Please check course announcements for temporary changes such as semester breaks, modified holiday hours, etc. Our office is CLOSED on weekends and on major US holidays.
