Our Team of Student Success Experts
Erin Measom
Dr. Erin Measom is the Director of Student Success for BYU Continuing Education. She is passionate about helping students build confidence, find belonging, and create meaningful pathways to reach their educational goals.
Rachel Lyon
Rachel is a licensed psychologist with over 25 years of experience in higher education, including teaching, research, clinical practice, and disability services. She is passionate about student growth, belonging, and lifelong learning.
Nicole Triptow
Nicole has worked in education for nearly 15 years. She previously taught high school English, film studies, and theatre and was the coordinator at the University of Utah Writing Center. She is passionate about academia and helping others achieve their goals.
Suzanne Liddle
Suzanne creates a welcoming Learning Lab where students can build confidence, strengthen study strategies, and prepare for exams. She works with tutors and mentors to provide personalized support and ensure every student feels set up for academic success.
Carrie Stevenson
Carrie is a Brigham Young University graduate in Secondary Education with a master’s degree in Educational Technology. She is a certified Academic Coach with three years of experience helping students build confidence, strengthen study skills, and thrive in higher education.
Kestin Wilkinson
Kestin has over 30 years of experience in education, serving as a teacher, principal, and instructional literacy coach. She is passionate about student success and equitable access to education, helping every learner thrive academically.
