| Setting Your Time Zone: | Also, keep in mind that you will need to set your time zone. To get your settings correct, once you have logged in, go to the menu on the left side and select 'Settings & Documents'----> 'Office Hours and Settings'----> 'Scheduler Settings'----> 'Select your Time Zone.' Doing this will ensure that your ConexED meetings with your instructors and tutors are at the right time. |
| Virtual Appointment ConexED Link Breakage: | If your tutor is not in the room when you arrive, please do not leave the room. Leaving the room early will break the room link and make it no longer usable to you. Instead, wait in the room for your tutor to join. They may be wrapping up a previous appointment. However, feel free to message them or send them an email while you wait if they are more than a few minutes late. |
